If you purchased your shoes from our website and you believe they are faulty please use the “contact us” button on the website. Please provide your order number, style code, colour and size of the shoes along with a description of the issue. Please also include images, showing the problem you have with the shoe and if possible an image of the shoe tag for our reference. 

A member of our Customer Care team will then respond and advise you on how to proceed. Please do NOT send faulty shoes back to the warehouse.
